Hello together,

i have made a XDK firmware which can post all inbuild sensor data (accoustic too) plus 2 digital in and 2 analog in sensors into Elasticsearch with x-pack extensions. On a XDK Kibana Dashboard i can see all sensor data and in elasticsearch search you can play with your data. I also have implemented  the Slack# push message system and tested the alerts. Now i have a perfect alternative solution to the InfluxDB and Grafana i already have done.

And here the Grafana Dashboard showing XDK Sensor Data from Elasticsearch.
Only one missing feature here - Grafana can not handle actually alerts if database is Elasticsearch - open issue since more than one year.

Hello Achim,

Thanks for the response.

Really nice work.

Can the collected data from your code be ported to a file server for any analysis.

Can you help explaining the same.

Is it possible to share your code for reference.

Appreaciate your help.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Hello Senthil, if the data is in ElasticSearch you can do there big data analytics with the already provided tools from them. Please study the web-sites from ElasticSearch.
The firmware is abolutely simple - just POST with HTTP Json structures like they describe under ElasticSearch or InfluxDB or any other database.
Good news - Grafana has now implemented an alerting system for database ElasticSearch.

Bad news - all my firmware is developed under WB1.7 - and i have not the time to evaluate it to the 3.3.x Version etc. - stay tuned for MITA - or use XDK live to create much faster your required firmwares easy.
