Hi,

I'm trying to update existing XDK Workbench from 3.3.1 to 3.5.0 on my computer within BCN. An error occured during the update (at the progress of ~36%). Error message attached below.  I've already setup the proxy properly. Can anybody support me on this issue? Thanks.

Hello Chen,

Since it is BCN, you should most likely get in contact with your system administrator. Maybe there is some setting in the network preventing you from updating.

In the meantime, you could alternatively download the newest XDK-Workbench directly.
This should definitely work. In addition, it is always useful to have an older XDK-Workbench version ready to use.
