I have an XDK from 2016 which was working with Windows 7 without any problem.
In my new Windows 10 64-bit laptop, it is not getting detected, and is not visible in Device manager.
I had installed XDK workbench 3.5, and tried making XDK in bootloader mode.
On trying manual driver upgrade on the only available USB Root Hub (USB 3.0) - It says driver is already installed.
I cannot use Driver Easy as Bosch proxy authentication is required.
Can you please suggest how to install the USB driver for XDK in Windows 10
XDK USB uses usbser.sys which is Windows system driver. So it is not necessary to install any special driver in Windows 10.
One possibility could be, XDK USB is initialized. Can you please try to flash bootloader from workbench and check the device detection in workbench ?
FYI: Latest workbench v3.6.0 is available in https://xdk.bosch-connectivity.com/software-downloads
The XDK is not getting detected even in the workbench to flash the bootloader.
Try to reinstall the driver. The setup.exe can be found in the Workbench folder: \ XDK-Workbench_3.6.0 \ _XDK-Workbench_installation \ driver_installer \ setup.exe

i unintalled and installed the drivers, still the same.
So then, I used the JTAG adapter and was successfull in flashing the 0.0.10 bootloader, and then the application, for now.
Still i need solution for my USB connection issue., or the other option is i may have to use FOTA !
you should do that via uinstaller and installer. See pictures attached. I have successfully tested this on my win10 computer.
Yes, I did the same.
With direct USB its not getting detected, only via JLink Driver its working. Even though i used the same port.
I am using workbench/driver from 3.5.0, should i really need to go for 3.6.0 ?
