XDK hardware is connected to IoT Suite and visible on dashboard, but no stream e.g. pressure, temperature can be seen on Live Chart widget.

Hi Bjoern, your device has the connection status: “Connecting”, which means that it’s not connected yet and you won’t get any values till it establishes a connection. I tested the IoT Suite on Safari, Google Chrome and IE, in german and english. There is no bug with the live monitor and as soon as the connection is established, it should work. Maybe there is a mistake in the configuration, what is the state of the orange LED on your XDK? Kind regards, Manuel

Operating System is Win7, Browser: Firefox: 45.2.0 and IE: 11. For both browser version I got the same result of a blank screen.
On XDK hardware only orange LED is on, there is no blinking.
Hello Bjoern, the orange LED is fine. Your are streaming data. I tested the dashboard on Firefox 47 and IE 11. It worked pretty good on both browsers. I guess there is a security permission that blocks content of the site. Could you try to set the security level slightly down, and tell me if you get the graph displayed. Kind regards, Manuel
I changed the security settings but without effects for Firefox and IE.
Hello Bjoern, After playing a while with the IoT Suite, I have found an interesting bug that could be the problem. I added the XDK with a wrong mac address. I got exactly the same behaviour as you described. It was connected and no graph was shown. Please remove your device as Subscriber and in Live Chart too. Afterwards follow the Getting Started instructions that you can find in the english layout. Make sure that there is no typo when adding the XDK as Subscriber. Please let me know, if this helps. great news... after our short telcon I modified WLAN SSID and password on source code level and it worked :-) So problem was the missing connection to WLAN, but IoT Suite showed as "Connected".
