Can you identify which fruits are fresh on super markets?
Or milk, suites in box, ice cream, bottle of wine,,,, How about status of boxed/invisible foods/drinks?
In this era, there are some refrigerators which is not only able to refrigerate but also do photosynthesis for vegetables or keep them fresh by light controlling.
After buying, they take care of their own foods so much like that. But how about “before”? Are they satisfied by Just checking hang-tags?
XDK can help the question. All functions of XDK seems useful for this idea, it is like provided for it. It can track whole related data of quality, upload them on Cloud(hope it will be BICS), and user will be able to check them by mobile app or something via QR..
Bosch have already provided such a system for our material/products from suppliers.
I assumed it will be not needed so much/huge efforts for developing with XDK. Now our team is trying to study XDK and try to connect BICS.

How does your idea work on the software side?
Sensors data tracking registration at departure : It will be controlled which sensor device will be used and added freight key(DN number) by mobile/web app. In parallel, the app provide QR code.
Sensors data tracking during forwarding : depend on freight and its situation the data will be transferred into cloud via BLE / WiFi or save on SD card and will be upload by forwarder.
Tracking data reference by user : by using QR code, user can refer tracking data on our cloud services. Or since some forwarder already have web service for checking deliveries/freight, we may be able to just add our tracking data into their web service.
How does your idea work on the hardware side?
Normally, we do not need any other hard ware devices. Just added XDK on pallets, containers and so on. Depend on situation some additional equipment is needed e.g. see freight/long time transfer needed additional battery and SD card.
-Collaboration with insurance companies.
-Not only for food but precision machines/equipment, arts, antiques and so on.

this is a great idea and very well described! Did you implement this already or is it still kind of in a concept phase? Do you have some pictures of the whole cloud/webapp interface? This would be really great to see.

Thank you for comments. Now it is a concept phase, If we will have a document or presentation, I will inform to you. Fortunately, RBJP have a cafe which we can show/display it. As a first step, we are trying to develop a prototype that Cafe users can touch it and check their own tracking data and some cafe foods tracking data.

Yes, exactly, There are very expensive / crazy price foods Special watermelon, "Matsutake" mushroom, brand wagyu(Japanese brand beef) and so on. I belive end users / "gourmet" have demands for this idea.
