Hello Francois,

Unfortunately, the current Mita language packages, which is in the XDK-Workbench 3.4.0, does not integrate MQTT with the options to set username and password.

Furthermore, a modification in the generated C files for MQTT would need to be applied. This requires to open the ConnectivityMQTTNameOfSetMQTTResource.c file and to modify the function ConnectivityMQTTNameOfSetMQTTResource_Enable() , by adding username and password in the same manner like it was done for the client ID. Since the MQTT setup can be named differently in Mita, it should match the name of the resource you used, NameOfSetMQTTResource is used as placeholder.

Alternatively, I recommend to frequently check for the availability of a new Mita build, which might offer new features, such as inserting password and username in MQTT. For that, I recommend following the instructions from this thread here .

Please let me know if this was helpful and feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Kind regards,
Franjo
