Hi everyone,

I am trying to flash a modified version of XDK datalogger (i.e., with MQTT functionality), however, whenever I flash the project I get this output in the console window:

INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: Ready
 INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: C
 INFO | XDK DEVICE 1:
INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: XMODEM Download Success
INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: CRC of application area
 INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: CRC000085C6
INFO | Application checksum '85c6' successfully verified.
 INFO | Transmission successfully completed!
 INFO | Booting application...
INFO | XDK DEVICE 1: Jumping to application
INFO | Port 'COM3' has been disconnected

Nothing happens after the line: <INFO | Port 'COM3' has been disconnected>

Here are the things i have already tried:

1. Added XDK nature

2. Tried same project with different Bootloader versions.

3. Formatted SD card and removed hidden file (i.e., System Volume Information file)

However, it didnt solve my problem.

Regards,

Salman

Hi Salman

Which version of Bootloader you are using ?

Did you try the application without any changes if the same issue exists ?

Thanks

Hi Priyashi,

Thanks for your reply. The original application was created in the bootloader version 0.0.10. Naturally, i tried initially with the mentioned bootloader version. However, i encountered the same error.  Also, i have not made any changes yet.

Hi

Do try with latest bootloader if you can flash it and use the application without changing and anything and using proper config.txt file

If you have Jlink then you can erase the flash memory and flash again bootloader and flash some application like LedAndButtons and check if it jumps to application.

Then you flash the Datalogger.

Thanks

Priyashi
