A material contractual obligation in this context is one which the participant expected and had the right to expect would be fulfilled and which is characteristic of the contractual relationship between Bosch and the participant.

Regardless of the legal nature of the claim brought forth, Bosch shall not be liable for any other damage. Bosch shall especially not be liable for technical disruptions such as Internet connection outages.

As a participant, you alone are responsible for any information or Content that you submit to Bosch via the Competition microsite or the #PushForward hashtag or the Bosch Global Storify page.

Sole jurisdiction for resolving any legal disputes resulting in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be the German courts. Bosch may also seek injunctive relief or other similar types of emergency legal recourse in any jurisdiction.

If one of the terms of these conditions of participation is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining terms will not be affected as a result.
