I tried to compile the virtual_1.7.0 demo and it did not build .
Below are the details of XDK i am using
ersion : 1.7.0-SNAPSHOT Build date : 2016-10-10T12:07:36Z Build ID : B-210
I got the error below:
Please help me with the issue so that I can moniter the live data on the apk
I built the latest VirtualXdkDemo with the latest XDK workbench version 1.7 and it worked without issues.
I suggest to clean the project and re-build it once again. If the issue still remains, please delete the complete VirtualXdkDemo in your workbench folder and on your disk. Further download and import a clean version and try to build it once again, it is buildable right out of the box.
If this doesn't work either I suggest to reinstall the latest workbench version 1.7.
I hope this could help you.
Kind regards, Franjo
I tried all the things suggested by you and still face the same error.
Below is the log that i get when i clean the project
11:38:24 **** Clean-only build of configuration BUILD HW_XDK_v1 for project DVX_demoVirtualXDK **** mingw32-make clean C:/XDK-Workbench/make\mingw32-make.exe -C C:\XDK-Workbench\SDK/xdk110/Common -f application.mk clean make\mingw32-make.exe: Entering directory 'C:/XDK-Workbench/SDK/xdk110/Common' make\mingw32-make.exe: Leaving directory 'C:/XDK-Workbench/SDK/xdk110/Common' application.mk:73: *** mixed implicit and normal rules. Stop. Makefile:29: recipe for target 'clean' failed mingw32-make: *** [clean] Error 2
Can you please send me a link of github project if any which has the object files available so that i can build it and use it on my device?
I guess the issue is related to your project settings. I would like to take a detailed look into your project. To give you advice I would ask you to post your email address here, so I can contact you.

I contacted you via E-mail. I will post further information including the appropriate solution in this thread. Other users with similar problems will benefit from it.
Dear XDK community,
there are some updates on this issue.
I imported Parth's project and was able to compile it without any changes. Thus this issue is not related to the project itself. It seems to be an issue with the workbench or the importing process.
I would recommend to delete the current project in the workspace and additionally on the disk. Then reimport it as described in the workbench installation guide that can be found here.
