Hi,

I downloaded the xdk workbench 1.5.2 and the latest bosch IOT suite available. Also i followed the steps mentioned in the document before flasing the suite to the XDK.

MQTT details used by me as below as per the document:

MQTT_BROKER = mqtt.bosch-si.com
MQTT_PORT = 1883

I also added the device on the https://bcds.bosch-si.com/index. I am getting the below error:

Connection Failed. AMQJS0007E Socket error:undefined.

Please help me out with issue if i am missing anything.

Note: I am using the default configuration(without the sd card).

Thanks,

Gaurav Sahay

Hello Gaurav,

welcome to the XDK community.

The latest Bosch IoT Suite is updated to the latest workbench version 1.7. I guess an update of your workbench 1.5.2 to 1.7 should solve the problem.

Note you also need to configure your Wi-Fi credentials in the Bosch IoT Suite to get it working.

Kind regards,
Franjo

Thanks for the reply Franjo , i updated the workbench to 1.7 and using the proper wifi credentials it resolved the previous issue but now i am getting the new issue:

Connection Failed. AMQJSC0001E Connect timed out.

The internet is not slow but still i am getting the mentioned issue. My location is Bengaluru,India.

Can you please help me out.

Thanks,

Gaurav

Hello Gaurav,

unfortunately we are aware of this issue but can’t solve it right now.
The server is located in the USA and the response times can be to high.

The only thing I can do is to recommend a faster internet connection.

I know it can be kind of frustrating but there will be a new IoT cloud early 2017 that solves issues like this.
Stay tuned.

Kind regards,
Franjo
