After error register fixed from now I cannot login so I got Error! This user could not be authenticated. but I register already and vertify success.

Hello Uj, this is the common error message that occurs if you inserted the wrong user credentials. Thus this is not related to the registration process. Please make sure to insert the correct user credentials to successfully login. Kind regards, Manuel
I tried several times and I registered 3 emails to try that but I got message about authention all the time.
Hello Uj, as I told you earlier, this error appears only if you enter the wrong user credentials. Otherwise you should be able to log in the dashboard successfully. Another cause could be that the error is related to your web browser. Sometimes authentication errors are triggered by cookies and deprecated stored data in your web cache. Thus I would ask you to clear your cache folder and clear your cookies and give it another try. Kind regards, Manuel
Same probleme here.Not able to login.
Registered 2 times with different email addresses. Tried 3 different browsers. Also tried to clear cache and cookies.
Hello guys, I tired to reproduce you issue about the authentication. I also registered two test E-mails to the XDK Portal dashboard. Fortunately I was able to login in with both E-mails into the dashboard. Thus I really do not know what is going wrong with your authentication but I would like to analyse it in more detail. I gave a third try now using a different email nad password and it worked.
But I think there must have been a bug somewhere. I am 100% sure I entered correct password...
Hello Peter, I guess there is a bug related to the used emails too. But I am glad to hear that your third attempt at least succeeded. I will contact you tomorrow to ask for further information to analyse this issue in more detail. It would be great if you could share the used mail addresses of all of registration attempts.
