Hello,

I will try to help you as good as I can. First of all I need to know, if you have made any changes to the code in the LedsAndButtons example?
The example should be build and run without errors if you haven’t done any changes yet.
Does the LedsAndButtons example build successfully, if you rightclick on the project folder, Clean Project and Build Project again?

If you want to try example code like the Hello World in the related pages, you should use the XdkApplicationTemplate file for it.

Kind regards,
Franjo

Hello,

it seems that your compiler can’t refer to the SDK and therefore can’t dissolve necessary defines. This could have several reasons. In fact to solve this issue I need further information about where you installed your workbench, where did you set up the workspace and if you have compiled some other example projects successfully.

Kind regards,
Franjo

Hello,

Perhaps I can help with this situation.  How are you importing the demo?  The correct way to import a pre-installed demo is by clicking on it from the welcome screen.  This will automatically import it and store a copy of the source files in your workspace folder (this way you don't mess with the "master" copy).  If you actually open the demo from within the SDK folder, or import them through the file -> import command, you will likely receive these errors.  For more information on this please see the importing a project tutorial on the XDK website (www.xdk.io under the Tutorials tab).

Thank you, Chris

Hello,

I got some similar errors with Shen Mingning, I import the LedsAndButtons demo from the welcome screen ,when I build the project directly, it has't any error, but if I expand the source folder and double click the LedsAndButtons.c or LedsAndButtons.h into edit mode ,error appeared, diaplays like this:Type 'uint32_t' could not be resolved. And It is strange that although exists these errors, the project still can flash into my XDK and seems work normaly .Almost all of these demos appear similar errors.I feel very puzzle.Attach a screenshot

       Hope get some help, Thanks!

Hello Jiang,

this is a common indexing problem directly after importing a project. Our development team is currently improving it.

To solve it, right click on the project in the Project Explorer on the left, go to Index and Rebuild.
This should solve your issue.

Kind regards,
Manuel
